Excellent service and attentiveness from the staff. The food in the bar and for breakfast was delicious. The owner even went out of their way to help us when we left a case behind. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved how the receptionist recognized me from my previous visit. The hotel facilities, including the gym, room, restaurant, and bar. The food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Additionally, I noticed a card on the table in the bar advertising the option to purchase and collect Christmas meals the day before the holiday, which I found to be a brilliant idea. The hotel's location just outside the City Centre made it easy to get to and explore.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to parking and friendly, helpful front desk staff. The room was quite big and the bed was lovely and large, providing enhanced comfort for a great night's sleep. The little toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facility and an electric kettle for a cup of tea. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the service and quality of this hotel were outstanding.

The shower in the room was great, and the hospitality and customer service were exceptional. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, both in the restaurant and bar, as well as at reception. I was pleased to see that the vegetarian options on the menu had increased. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, and helpful staff.
