They went above and beyond by calling me immediately when I left my wallet at the hotel, ensuring that I could retrieve it before leaving the city. Highly recommended.

The staff, especially Eliana and Massimiliano, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The homemade cakes and fresh breakfast were delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family of three. we had an amazing experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when we visit.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky as the signage was not very clear. the elevator was quite small, which was inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the train station and all the tourist attractions in the city center. The rooms were modern and had all the necessary facilities, and the breakfast had plenty of options for everyone, catering to all nationalities.

The room was quite noisy, and I could hear commotion from outside and from other guests. the air conditioning unit was loud and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

We enjoyed strolling to Ponte Vecchio and exploring the wonderful neighborhood restaurants, all of which offered delicious food. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was a highlight, with the host excited to share a freshly baked cake. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and some had stunning views of the city skyline.

The size of the bathroom was a bit cramped, requiring sideways walking.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our New Year's getaway. It was just a short walk away from nice bars and restaurants, and only 0.5k from the center. We loved being able to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the coffee machine was on point.

there was only one cup in our room, even though there were two of us. It would have been nice to have an extra cup for convenience.
