The room air conditioning seemed stuck on 24 degrees, which could be uncomfortable for some guests, especially when the room is occupied by multiple people.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in the midst of everything and is within walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui station, which made it very convenient for us. The room amenities were great, including free toiletries, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options around the hotel were plenty and we had a great time exploring the area. The staff here were simply amazing - they were always willing to help with problems and did so in a very pleasant manner. They accommodated our request for 2 double beds, which made our stay here even more comfortable. The leisure facilities, including wi-fi, 24-hour security, and board games, were also a nice touch.

As young holiday goers, we loved the fresh and clean rooms with a pleasant smell. The hotel made my daughter's birthday special with a personalized card and birthday balloons on the beds. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, with plenty of nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the harbor to see the beautiful night lights. The water pressure in the shower was great, and they even provided complimentary bottled water. Despite being in a busy area, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no road noise in our room.
