Amazing hotel, good facilities, upgrade, spacious suite, easy check-in.

The hotel has a classic and contemporary feel with comfortable seating, a 40-inch LCD TV, and a spa with soothing massages. It's a landmark with 24-hour room service and free Wi-Fi. The onsite restaurants offer tasty local and international cuisine. A metropolitan oasis with convenient access to sightseeing places.

The cocktails at the Lobby Lounge were so handcrafted they almost looked like art, but they forgot to add the flavor.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the Futian district of Shenzhen was perfect for my business trip.

the hotel staff, especially Ruby at the reception counter, were incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and efficient. the room was spacious with a stunning view of the green park on the east side. I loved the design of the room, especially the comfortable beds and the tea table near the big window. the bathroom was functional and the housekeeping staff were warm and helpful. the Cantonese Restaurant in the hotel was much better than the previous one. this hotel is one of the best in the area.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with a food court nearby and plenty of restaurants in "coco park." The spacious room offered a great view of the green park, and the design was well-thought-out, providing privacy and comfort. The comfortable beds and seating area near the window were a nice touch. The bathroom was functional and the housekeeping staff were warm and helpful. The Cantonese Restaurant was a standout, surpassing the previous brand. The pillows were super and the lobby staff were attentive to my needs. I had a great experience as a business traveler.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel near Shenzhen Convention&Exhibition Centre. The service was top-notch, just like in other Shangri-La locations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I even received special assistance from Lesson Li at the Concierge desk, who helped me with a delivery and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic, and I especially appreciated the special platter of fruits prepared by Frey. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a great location near the convention center and railway station. the staff were polite and helpful, and the indoor swimming pool was a nice amenity.

The pillows were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. We were delighted with the large rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. the hotel's location was great, close to a mall and an office complex. we enjoyed the Chinese restaurant's marvelous food.

While the hotel offered great amenities, the air conditioning in the room wasn't the best, making the room feel damp and moist. the hotel's quiet location didn't offer much street life or activity at night.

Fabulous stay Chinese New Year at Futian Shangri-La! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional, the rooms were excellent, and the spa was the best I've ever been to. The hotel even arranged a special Chinese New Year Lian dancing ceremony for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lobby lounge serves delicious hot chocolate. Premier Room has amazing view. Swimming pool and facilities are fantastic. Restaurants are top-notch. Shang Garden Bar features fantastic live singing. Will always stay here in Shenzhen.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel in Futian. The location was perfect, just next to an MRT station and several shopping malls with plenty of dining and shopping options. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being only a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Best of all, the room was clean and spacious, with a great view from the high floor.

There were several drawbacks to my stay. The room furniture seemed outdated and in need of updating.

Excellent surprise birthday preparations with handwritten card, cake, and wine. Great room and location. Warm and sweet service from the team. Will definitely stay again soon.
