The hotel is well located near a lake with nice views. The staff, particularly the concierge, were helpful with a transportation issue and showed good English skills. The place is relaxing with opportunities for walks along the river. Starbucks is conveniently located nearby. it was a very good experience.

I received an upgrade to a suite as a Diamond member, and the suite was phenomenal! The view of the mountains from my room was breathtaking, and the bed was spectacular. The hotel staff was always friendly and professional, and the Korean restaurant for dinner was really good. Despite the hotel being packed with Korean tourists, it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The lobby was huge, and the rooms were well-isolated from noise. I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Gyeongju and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Hilton Gyeongju was great value for money, with a recently updated room that had a peaceful lake view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a beautiful vacation area.

The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the hotel's location near Bomun Lake and halfway between Gyeongju downtown and Bulguksa Temple was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel had ample self-parking available free of charge.

The breakfast buffet could have had better variety and quality, not leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, the lack of temperature control in the rooms made it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping temperature.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Gyeongju for a weekend getaway. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The concierge service was excellent, helping us arrange tours and taxis. The hotel's three restaurants, offering Chinese and Italian cuisine, were outstanding - great food and friendly service. The location was convenient, close to tourist attractions. The front desk staff even upgraded our room, despite the hotel being busy. a high standard hotel with smart and efficient staff.
