The hotel is well located near a lake with nice views. The staff, particularly the concierge, were helpful with a transportation issue and showed good English skills. The place is relaxing with opportunities for walks along the river. Starbucks is conveniently located nearby. it was a very good experience.

I received an upgrade to a suite as a Diamond member, and the suite was phenomenal! The view of the mountains from my room was breathtaking, and the bed was spectacular. The hotel staff was always friendly and professional, and the Korean restaurant for dinner was really good. Despite the hotel being packed with Korean tourists, it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The lobby was huge, and the rooms were well-isolated from noise. I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Gyeongju and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Hilton Gyeongju was great value for money, with a recently updated room that had a peaceful lake view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a beautiful vacation area.

The only minor issue was the limited choice of dressings for the breakfast salad.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its beautiful lake view and Sakura. The spacious room made us feel at ease, and the friendly staff provided excellent assistance. The hotel's convenient location next to the tour bus stop allowed us to easily explore the city.

The view from the room is stunning, facing an amusement park and a lake. Limited breakfast choices but good overall. The staff is friendly and patient, especially with families. Beautiful art throughout the establishment.

Located across from the conference center, which was very convenient for attending events. the room was clean and the wifi was reliable. the hotel had a nice pool, although I didn't get the chance to use it. the buffet breakfast had a good selection of Asian and American options.

The outdoor pool had an additional fee for guests, which was disappointing. the hotel's ATM was not equipped to handle foreign travelers, causing inconvenience.
