I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Intercontinental in Hangzhou. The hotel's unique architecture and golden ball shape added a touch of magic to my experience. The location was convenient, with malls and restaurants within walking distance. The fitness facility and pool were great, although the sauna was a bit cold in the morning. The breakfast variety, while not as extensive as European Intercontinental hotels, was still satisfying for China. The staff was friendly and competent, although I had a small issue with the concierge. I highly recommend this hotel for fellow travelers.
