During our recent stay at the JW Marriott, we were delighted to discover the best executive lounge experience we have ever had. The attentive staff, especially Pam and Selina, provided excellent hospitality and served the most delicious cocktails in all of China. We can't wait to visit again!

The staff at this hotel were amazing. From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the excellent service provided by the exclusive lounge staff, I was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location of the hotel, right next to the convention center and in the area close to many restaurants and shops, was extremely convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day.

The hotel we stayed in during our holiday exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view from the high floor. We enjoyed the huge variety of food for breakfast and lunch. the location was ideal, right in the center of town. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The swimming pool was not up to par with our expectations. the gym had a limited range of equipment.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially in the morning. It provided a beautiful panorama of the city. Additionally, the breakfast at the Cityview restaurant was delicious and filled with a variety of options.

The check-in process was not smooth. We were informed that our room was not ready at the designated check-in time and had to wait for about an hour.

We were amazed by the stunning views from our room on the hotel's 38th floor. The staff, especially Chloe, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food, from Chinese to Western cuisine, was absolutely delicious. JW Marriott Zhengzhou is definitely our first choice for future travels.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The service we received from Iris, Chloe, and Grace in the exclusive lounge was excellent. Snow, the cleaner, did a great job and was incredibly patient. We were very impressed with the hotel facilities, especially the executive lounge which had top shelf liquor and great food. The breakfast, both in the executive lounge and the general guest experience, was delicious. The location right next to Parksons mall was convenient.

The hotel had amazing views and the location was convenient, being close to motorways and train stations. the room was very comfortable for working and the breakfast had a wide range of options and excellent quality.

The AC did not always work properly, so the room was not as cold as expected. Additionally, the hot tub was located in separate dressing rooms, which meant my wife and I could not enjoy it together.

This hotel is an amazing luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the service is top-notch and the Spa centre and pool area are highly recommended. the in-room breakfast was great and the bar/lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the location is ideal, close to major shopping areas and restaurants.

The only minor issue we faced was with one of the staff members at the restaurant, who seemed to have poor communication skills. this did not overshadow the overall amazing experience we had at this hotel.

My recent stay at Jw Marriott in Zhengzhou was fantastic. I was traveling for business and stayed for five days. The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredible view of the city from my room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly motivating. The breakfast at the Cityview Restaurant was also delicious, starting my day off on the right note. The staff, particularly Pam, the Executive Lounge Manager, and Peter at the front desk, were amazing. Pam was great with my kids and even upgraded our room to a better one with a view when they left. The executive lounges offered top-notch service and excellent food. The entire staff, including Iris, Chloe, Grace, and Snow, was friendly and provided excellent service. I had a wonderful time at Jw Marriott, and I want to thank everyone for making my stay so enjoyable.
