We had an amazing stay at Innside! the glass lift to the 21st floor was a thrilling experience, not for the faint-hearted. the spacious rooms were clean and well-presented, with wonderful views of the city. We loved the comfortable bed and the classy ambience of the hotel. the location between the banks was perfect, as we were within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. And let's not forget about the room service continental breakfast - it was the best we've ever had! We were blown away by the quality and could've cried it was so good.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the opera and just a short walk to the city center. The views from my room were absolutely astonishing, with a breathtaking cityscape of skyscrapers. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room itself was very comfortable. The wifi was excellent, which was a huge plus for me. The breakfast at the lounge and bar on the 22nd floor was absolutely perfect and a great way to start my day.

Although this place has many positive aspects, the staff could benefit from some re-training regarding customer service. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic view from my room on the 28th floor. The spacious room had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was nicely finished and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and stunning views.

Located quite near the centre of the city, this hotel offers stunning views of the river and the bustling market. The spacious rooms come with mini kitchens and are nicely fitted. The service is efficient and polite, with helpful staff. Breakfasts can be busy in the small dining room but the food is of good quality. An added advantage is the glass elevator that takes you up to reception.

Some receptionists may be less helpful or dismissive, causing minor inconveniences during check-in or checkout.

We had a decent stay on thanksgiving, with a couple of complementary treats. the hotel is in a great spot, walking distance from some cool restaurants and attractions. the spacious room was a plus, giving an incredible view of the city.

Our stay was far from satisfactory. the intermittent internet was a hassle, and when we asked the staff about it, they seemed clueless.
