The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful atmosphere and cozy touches like fireplaces. The location was perfect, with a picturesque river nearby and only a short distance from Beaver Creek Village and Vail for outdoor activities like hiking and biking. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options and had ample parking available.

The staff, including Chase, Laura, Solange, and Verni. Great location with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Convenient transport to Beaver Creek. The on-property gondola is fun and free. Don't forget to bring a swimsuit for the lovely hot tub.

I recently stayed at the Westin in Avon for a family vacation and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs, and the overall family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The Maya restaurant served delicious food, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only minor issue was a slight delay in getting our room cleaned, likely due to the holiday season and a possible shortage of staff. a great stay!

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to Vail and just across the street from Beaver Creek Village. the views from our room were amazing, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains. the gym was also a highlight, with top-notch equipment and indoor and outdoor classes available. the staff were friendly and professional, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. there was only one working elevator, which caused some inconvenience and delay.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to a small restaurant across the street and close to the slopes for easy access to skiing. The Avon area, as well as all the villages in Vail, are also easily reachable from the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The service is friendly and helpful, especially Jill who was exceptional in ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and there are several facilities like a heated lap pool, hot tubs, and a spa to enjoy.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay. the room was cozy and clean, with a king bed, a fireplace, and a spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. We received two complementary treats on Thanksgiving day, which was a lovely surprise. the hotel is located in a beautiful spot, near a river and close to great restaurants and skiing options. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the sauna.

The valet parking was expensive with no self-parking option available. the resort also had a daily resort fee, which we thought was unnecessary.
