Rooms on smoking floor, front desk showed rooms beforehand. Good hotpot and dimsum restaurant opposite hotel. Two-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Well-maintained, walkable to ferry terminal. Plentiful and delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Luxury hotel recommended for families.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Emma and the Reception team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed the convenience of having 24hr convenience stores and a KFC nearby. The free wifi was a bonus, and the hotel was perfect for a business trip. It was nice and quiet, yet centrally located for easy travel by car. While it may not be ideal for tourists wanting to be closer to the vibrant Zhongshan Road shopping area, we found the location to be great.

Great location close to the coffee street and a calm area, busy restaurant with a good variety of food options and friendly door staff.

Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful during check-in, gym staff and bell boy were nice but the receptionist overall gave a bad impression to the experience. the restaurant was at times disorganized with some customers being too greedy, and some chairs were old and unsuitable for the tables.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. The hotel Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing & rejuvenating full body massage, while the Sauna and Outdoor swimming pool were an added bonus. The Steam room and Facial treatments were the perfect addition to melt away all my stress. The location advantages were also great for taking walks on the sun terrace with its sun loungers and for relaxing at the nearby beach with the available beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the check-in staff at the restaurant. They were confused about my dinner reservation, but quickly resolved the issue and all was well.
