As a tourist, I absolutely loved the fantastic city view from the 34th floor and being able to see the famous Shanghai Tower. The staff at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai were fluent in English and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood with numerous shops and restaurants, and it's conveniently situated between two subway stations. The large and comfortable bed, as well as the plush bathrobe, added to the overall luxurious experience.

Moreover, it is located in a really amazingly designed mall that had virtually everything we needed, from shopping to dining options.
