with our early check-in request due to our baby's nap time. The location was ideal for exploring everything Hong Kong has to offer, with easy access to restaurants and the MTR. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed some areas that needed attention.

Consider requesting a room away from the elevator to minimize noise disruption for a more restful stay.

Room was spacious and clean, but the WiFi was dodgy at times. Loved the breakfast buffet though, heaps of tasty options and the location was sweet as, right above the MTR!

The pool was closed!!! The shower is in the bathtub, creating a hazard for those with mobility issues!!! Carpet cleanliness needs serious attention while laundry prices are ridiculously inflated!!! A warning sign for the slippery ramp at the entrance would help!!!

The location is fantastic, right on top of the MTR, making it super easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and come with complimentary tea and daily water replenishments, which is nice for staying hydrated.

The mattress could be a bit short, and the pillows were uncomfortable for my sleeping style.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay despite the challenges.

Man, the location is just tops! Right above the Jordan MTR, so easy to get around. The room was on the bigger side, comfy beds, and I could actually enjoy the city view—lekker! Breakfast had a nice mix, even some rice porridge which I enjoyed, they really pay attention to allergies too.

Only downside was that check-in was a bit of a drag, took longer than I'd hoped.

The Prudential Hotel provided a solid base for exploring Hong Kong, right above the Jordan MTR with easy access to local culinary treasures. The staff was courteous, and the recently renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, though the WiFi connection could be more reliable.

Super convenient location right above the MTR! ! Plus, I loved the buffet breakfast—huge variety, including daily Chinese Congee! Staff were really friendly too!

Great location above the metro makes getting around easy. The room had a nice street view, and the complimentary beverages were a nice touch. Staff were generally helpful, and I appreciated the access to the food court below.

Check-in could be quicker, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable (we had to adjust them a lot! ).

the prudential is in a fantastic location, right on top of the jordan mtr station. the superior king room was spacious and had complimentary beverages upon arrival. enjoyed the fitness center and rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

Spacious room, convenient location, with helpful staff and easily accessible transport from the A21 bus stop right in front, making our city exploration seamless and enjoyable.

Found nothing wrong
