During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the luxurious and well-equipped rooms. They were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major plus. It was conveniently situated close to the main attractions and shopping areas, making it easy for me to explore the city. Finally, I loved the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist and went out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly care for. the pricing was a bit misleading.

My stay at the Marriott in Shanghai was excellent. I was in the city for business and stayed for two weeks. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and the staff were incredibly attentive and caring. The on-site restaurant was superb, offering tasty meals. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The gym was well-designed and provided a great space for workouts. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, keeping everything clean. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and shopping options. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Shanghai.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the exceptional service at the in, house Italian restaurant. the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. Additionally, the hotel's conference rooms were well, equipped and spacious, with plenty of natural light. the location in the Pudong New Area was also convenient, with easy access to the freeway and a range of quality restaurants in the vicinity.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the English proficiency of the hotel staff at check, in and room service was lacking, which made communication a bit difficult at times.
