We had a fantastic stay at York Hotel. the family room was spacious and comfortable, with large beds, good air-conditioning, and a nice bathroom. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the Orchard shops and metro station. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic selection and was well worth the money. the fitness studio and pool, while basic, were a lovely addition to our stay. All of the staff, especially Ms. Farah at the Front Desk, were friendly and helpful. Despite being a stressed traveler, she was patient and gracious.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Orchard. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area of the bustling shopping district. I was able to enjoy the upscale stores and discount gallerias nearby, and still have a peaceful retreat at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly reception to the prompt room service. I even got a welcome drink upon arrival! I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in my room, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, which I took advantage of for some relaxation. I highly recommend this place for its prime location, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was great– in a quiet part of a bustling shopping area, which meant we could relax when we wanted to, but still be close to everything. The staff here really made our stay special, from the receptionists who checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, to the housekeeping staff who were always available to attend to our needs. The room amenities were great too, with everything we needed like heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi in the room. The garden furniture was a nice touch too!

The spacious family rooms were perfect for our needs, with comfortable beds and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and shallow kid's pool, provided a great place to relax away from the crowds. The location was excellent, being only a 5-minute walk from the nearby Orchard Road shopping area. The staff were helpful in calling for the shuttle bus to the airport.

the quadruple room I booked was not only clean, but also very spacious. It was perfect for my family, and we didn't feel cramped at all. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with Paragon Medical Centre and Orchard Road just a short walk away.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, only a short walk to Orchard and Mount E. It's easy to find a cab or get directions from staff. Plus, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach Orchard. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and provide good value for money.
