The location is super close to Orchard and Mt E Hospital. Staff were helpful and friendly, always smiling. There were sufficient couches to put my stuff, and room service was quick. Breakfast had a good variety, although some items were cold.

The rooms really need a refresh. they felt a bit tired and grubby. A little more attention to the breakfast temperature would make a huge difference.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a spacious family room, close to Orchard Road. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the coffee machines! Although we faced minor issues like an unpleasant bathroom smell initially, the staff quickly replaced poor-quality towels, proving their responsiveness. For a more relaxing stay, request a room away from the main road.
