The bathtub was luxurious, with bath salts provided, and the shower was incredibly powerful. The customer service provided by Han and the guest relations team was second to none, making our special occasion even more memorable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-maintained and clean environment. The location was perfect, close to a shopping mall and in a fantastic neighborhood. It was conveniently situated near three subway lines and a stunning shopping center. The breakfast offered was delicious and the staff provided exceptional service.

During my visit, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the super impressive executive suite, which made my wife's birthday celebration even more special. The check-in process was efficient, the staff was polite, and the hotel was clean and modern. The location was perfect, connected to a mall and just a few minutes walk from West Nanjing Rd. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities, including the hot water in the bath and shower, were top-notch. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the Ayurveda tea and good WiFi. Our room was not up to par and the staff at breakfast were not very attentive to our needs. We also found the room to be too brightly lit at night due to various electronic devices in the room.
