I really loved the location of this hotel, as it was just steps away from all the amazing restaurants and bars in the Provenza area of this city. Being so close to the main entertainment hub made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the vibrant nightlife. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh fruit options and a generous menu. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff, especially Guillermo at the entrance, were super kind and helpful. The restaurant offers good food and fair prices, with an amazing breakfast included. Families with children will appreciate the beautiful design and amenities.

This hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by a park with stunning greenery, and just a short walk from some fantastic restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, including a fantastic bathroom. The service was excellent, especially at the front desk and bar, with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views and excellent facilities, including a Jacuzzi.

This hotel is a paradise escape with its mesmerizing aesthetics and lush vegetation. I couldn't get enough of the tranquil ambiance and stunning décor. The impeccable service and exclusive amenities, including the heated rooftop pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, fulfilled my every luxurious need. The restaurant serves excellent and refreshing food. I already plan on returning to this hidden gem.

I only found one minor issue with the limited selection of minibar drinks. However, the friendly staff and poolside snack bar made up for it.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the noise level made it difficult to work or have meetings in our room.
