The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle was a convenient transit stay during my travels with its excellent location just 19 km from the nearest airport, Al Maktoum International Airport. The hotel's family-friendly environment and proximity to shopping mecca "Mall of the Emirates" made it perfect for short city explorations.

I experienced an inconvenience with the room key cards becoming passive, requiring reactivation each evening. When raising this concern to the reception, the staff member provided an unsatisfactory response, but this minor issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was a bit far from main attractions which made it very quiet and peaceful. The staff gave exceptional customer service and was always willing to go above-and-beyond. The room amenities were great and included tea and coffee facilities.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to local bars and only a short drive away from touristic areas and EXPO. Moreover, the hotel offers an amazing view. The staff provide friendly service and the the hotel room is very clean.

The hotel lacks a microwave in the room to warm up food.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The First Collection in Jumeirah Village Circle. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Naresh, Praveen, Vijay, Iryna, Monika. The surprise birthday decoration in our room was a delightful touch. The Spanish restaurant served delicious food, and the pool had a beautiful view. We felt safe and the location was convenient. The breakfast had a good selection and saved us money. The hotel had a modern and minimalist style with comfortable beds.

The rooms are super clean and modern with new furniture. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The hotel has 6 elevators, so you don't need to wait. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. They go above and beyond to assist guests, such as Rodrigo, Bhim , and an Egyptian guy at reception. The hotel provides private access to Riva Beach Club in Jumeirah. Extended check-out time is available. The pillows are super comfortable. The location is convenient and the pool is really nice. The facilities are environmentally friendly, including the wooden room key cards and bathroom products that are both pleasant-smelling and good for the environment.

My stay at The First Collection was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The big windows provided a stunning view of the city, especially from the corners. The hotel's excellent facilities, including the fitness center and the outdoor pool, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The walls were quite thin, and I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact my stay.

Our room was spacious with panoramic windows and a smart TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was great and the back massage from the spa was soothing. The staff was welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at The First Collection in Jumeirah Village Circle for a week-long vacation. The breakfast buffet on day 1 was fantastic and the room service breakfast on day 2 was great value for money. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, I wish I knew where they got them from. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and the pool was really nice. I was also impressed by the environmentally friendly facilities, such as the wooden room key cards and the bathroom products that smelled great while being good for the environment. The staff was amazing and the rooms were perfectly clean. The views from the room were beautiful and the internet connection was strong, even by the pool. The swimming pool was extra clean and had the perfect temperature for both adults and kids. The contemporary design of the hotel added to its luxurious yet affordable feel. Special thanks to Doreen at the reception for making us feel at home, and for the surprise birthday treats for my partner. it was a great stay and I'll definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic.

Modern tower-style building with a beautiful lobby, convenient and fast check-in process, helpful and friendly staff throughout the premises. Spacious and contemporary rooms with stunning views of the city's iconic landmarks, comfortable beds and several pillow options. The bathroom is simple but well-equipped with essential amenities, perfect for a comfortable staycation. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from and personalized egg-menu. The pool area is clean and beautiful, ideal for a sunny day's relaxation.

The room size exceeded expectations, allowing for an extra bed. The room was new and clean. The staff of room service and housekeeping were polite and helpful. The hotel had a large swimming pool, sunbathing area, and great restaurants and bar. Excellent staff, including Doreen at check-in and Korede at guest services/concierge. Room service was top-notch. a 10/10 experience.

Located in a new neighborhood away from the public transportation lines, The First Collection offers an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel is in close proximity to a few key attractions, and with taxis readily available, getting around is a breeze. The rooms are clean and nice, with big windows offering a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The pool area is beautiful and the shuttle service is convenient. a great choice for a comfortable stay.

The variety of evening drink options is limited.

The rooms were super cozy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kettle for that essential evening cuppa. The private bathroom was a nice touch, and I loved the stylish sofa in the twin/double room.

Personally, I found the presence of a bidet a bit unnecessary.

Value for money was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere while still being close to tourist attractions. The staff at First Collection treated us with great care and were always prompt to assist us with any requests.
