This place is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff here are super friendly and professional, making us feel extremely welcome during our stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially if you need to visit the US Embassy or Corferias, as both are just a short walk away. We were also delighted to find the "Andres Carne de Res" restaurant on the first floor, which served fantastic food. The rooms are designed with a perfect balance of style and functionality, making them ideal for both relaxation and work.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Colombian embassy and downtown area, with easy access to public transportation. the property is also close to Monserrat mountain and several malls. the breakfast service was good for the value and the service ladies were very nice.

The entrance strategy was blocked and the people at the entrance did not properly identify guests or potential robbers. the beds were not real king size as advertised and the lobby staff were not very friendly or warm towards guests.
