The location of our accommodation was incredible, surrounded by trees in the native west coast forest. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with its delicious offerings. The upgrade we received was highly appreciated and the complimentary wine was a nice touch.

We felt very fortunate during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The only downside of the stay was the noise experienced on the first night. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided a quieter cabin for the second night, ensuring a peaceful rest.

Our stay at Rainforest Retreat was fantastic. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful grounds. We were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of our bunk room, which had four beds. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. When we encountered a strong smell in the room and a backed-up shower drain, the receptionist was apologetic and promptly refunded half of our fee. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was great. The setting of the retreat was charming and we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. We would definitely recommend Rainforest Retreat to others. we had a pleasant stay.

The Deluxe Treehouse was amazing! The balcony had stunning views of the glacier and the room had complimentary drinks and breakfast, which was a nice touch. The grounds were immaculate. a great place to indulge for a couple of nights.

I had a great solo getaway at this accommodation. The location was perfect, just in front of the Franz Josef Glacier tours area. It was easy to access restaurants and I loved being in the centre of town. The room was comfortable and clean, with a pristine bathroom. The staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities, like a jacuzzi and a kitchenette. Plus, the view from the balcony was stunning.

I did encounter a minor issue with the hot tub being chilly.
