The hotel is located in the Usaquen neighborhood, known for its great dining options and proximity to a mall with excellent restaurants and really good food. Guests can enjoy the spacious and soundproofed rooms with luxurious interiors and comfy bedding. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the breakfast options are extensive. The facilities include a 20-meter lap pool, a gym, and a stunning lobby.

The entrance of the hotel lacks a front door staff to assist with luggage, requiring guests to enter first and notify the bellboys/security for assistance.

During my stay at Nh Collection Bogota Royal Teleport, I had a minor issue with my room card. However, the staff at the reception were quick to resolve the matter and apologized for any inconvenience caused.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the financial center, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and two major malls nearby. It only took me a short time to get to the airport, which was super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast provided had a wide variety of options, and the view from the dining area was breathtaking. The facilities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I did notice that the internet speed was quite slow, which was a bit disappointing.

the exclusive amenities such as the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre were outstanding. the service was top, notch and the staff was attentive to my needs. the in, room breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options. the restaurant had a great ambiance and the bar/ lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind.

The only minor issue I experienced was the poor Wi, Fi connection in my room. I was pleased to find a Spa lounge and treatment room where I could relax and enjoy the Spa services while waiting for my emails to load.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the multiple complimentary choices at breakfast, including fresh fruit smoothies made by a woman in traditional clothing. the large and well-appointed room we stayed in had a lovely view of both the city and mountains. the hotel was in a convenient and central location, making it easy to travel to various destinations around the area.

The bar service was occasionally slow, and the waitress on the second morning was not pleased about our request for hot coffee. Even after tipping her, she seemed upset and avoided us.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with ample space to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only minor drawback was the lack of USB chargers in the power outlets. It would have been convenient to have them available, especially if we had misplaced our chargers.
