We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the entrance to our room. the facilities, including the fire pit area, were cozy and well-maintained. the location close to restaurants and the mall made dining out convenient. the staff, particularly Makensie, were friendly and provided helpful information throughout our stay.

The only minor drawback I encountered was with the HVAC system in my room. It would periodically switch from heating to cooling, blowing air conditioned air for a few minutes before returning to heat.

There were some aspects of our stay that were not satisfactory. there was a mysterious $25 fee that we were charged and were not provided an explanation for.
