We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in an office building was great for us as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The service room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough. We also appreciated the availability of medical facilities on site. The laundry service was very convenient as well. The paid shuttle service was a nice touch, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The staff were very helpful with tours and ticket assistance. Our room had all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were beautiful and the garden area was well-maintained. The spa centre was a lovely spot for relaxation. the staff at this hotel provided great service and advice on things to do in the area.

Despite the weather being hot, the cool water in the showers was surprisingly refreshing.

Had a great Easter stay at the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to taxis for a short ride to the old city. Another advantage was the free private parking offered by the hotel.

There were a few negative aspects to note. the view from the window in the room was not pleasant, with dirty and rusty external air conditioner units obstructing the view.

The location is great, right across the street from the Castle and next to a very nice mall. It's also close to the center and outside of the old center of the city. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.
