I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and I appreciated the friendly staff who helped with everything. Breakfast was simple but decent. The views from the restaurant were nice, especially at night. I often walked to the city center, which was very convenient. The atmosphere felt welcoming and reminded me of the charm I find in my travels around the U.S.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. The WiFi was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected, and I noticed inconsistencies in housekeeping—some days the room was cleaned but not the bathroom, and I had to call for essentials like toilet paper. Additionally, the food at the hotel left much to be desired. I ordered pasta that was both overcooked and undercooked, which suggested it had been microwaved. Overall, these challenges made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The rooftop terrace was perfect for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with a wide selection. Staff were incredible, remembering our names and keeping everything running smoothly!

The location felt a bit sketchy at times, making us cautious when walking back, especially at night! It also took a while for taxis to arrive on busy days.

We had an awesome time hanging out at the pool and enjoying the amazing view. Breakfast had fresh juices and local dishes, which were a hit! Don't miss the nearby mall—it’s just a short walk and has everything you need. The staff made us feel right at home!

The only downside was the loud air conditioning in the room, making it tough to sleep sometimes. It was freezing at times, so be ready to manage the settings.

this hotel was super cozzy and the staff were really friendly. the breakfast was delish with so many options every morning. also, i loved that they gave us local sweets every day in our room, such a nice touch! the pool area was chill and had nice views of the castle. the location was pretty good, not too far from the center and felt safe.

only slight downside was the neighborhood felt a bit run down, and sometimes it took a minute to get a taxi.

The staff was super friendly, always attentive and made our stay feel special. We enjoyed the breakfast with a plethora of options, especially the cooked eggs menu that hit the spot every morning while watching the beautiful views over the city.
