I had a really great stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. Secondly, the location is fantastic. It's close to Plaza Mayor, where you can find plenty of restaurants and enjoy a relaxing evening. Additionally, it's conveniently located on the outskirts of town, making it easy to access the bus terminal and other tourist spots outside the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with both a double and single bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Having breakfast included was a nice bonus too.

All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

Liked the location, close to major attractions and easy to get around. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. the room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and hot water.

Disliked the noise level in the hotel. the walls were thin and it was easy to hear all the activity in the corridors and adjacent rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and accommodating service. Good breakfast with limited vegetarian options. No AC in the room but a fan was provided. Spacious suite with a great shower and reliable wifi.
