As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of The Dean in Cork. The hotel had secure bike storage and easy access to nearby cycling routes.

We felt right at home during our stay at The Dean in Cork, and had no reason to complain.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and conveniently close to the train station. Plus, the restaurant upstairs offered a delicious dining experience with stunning views.

There were a few minor issues with the room. The lighting could have been better, and the bathroom door didn't stay open on its own, always closing itself.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, especially for leisure travelers who rely on the railway station for transportation. Being so close to the train station allows for easy access to explore nearby towns or cities. Additionally, some guests were fortunate enough to secure parking spaces at the train station, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

The lack of attention to customer service was a recurring issue. From unanswered phone calls to a lack of apology for power outages, the hotel's service fell short of expectations.

The funky decor in the hotel was absolutely amazing! It gave off such a cool vibe and made the whole stay feel unique and memorable. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a wall of snacks that was such a fun touch.

One negative aspect of our stay was the size of the twin room. It was a bit on the small side, which made it a bit cramped for two people.

We stayed for one night at Dean and it was exceptional. The front of house staff at check-in were very professional, welcoming, and friendly. The restaurant and bar staff were equally pleasant. The evening meal was sublime and breakfast was heavenly. The management at Dean were actively involved and assisting their staff, which showed excellent leadership. our experience at Dean was a perfect 10/10.

the dean in cork was the perfect stay. every detail, from the stunning mid-century decor to the friendly staff, exceeded my expectations. the cleanest hotel i've ever experienced, with a divine smell throughout. cocktails on the rooftop bar were a highlight.

The dining experience at the hotel was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious food and drinks available. The in-room breakfast service was a great convenience and the bar/lounge area had a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

Although this hotel is perfect for couples and solo adults with its relaxing pool and sauna area, we would recommend considering another hotel for families.

My stay at Dean was fantastic! The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station and within walking distance of Patrick St. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the large double bed. The pool and sauna area were very nice and relaxing. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. a beautiful and modern hotel that I highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at The Dean Cork. The hotel's beautiful design and clean rooms truly impressed us. The rooftop restaurant was a delightful spot to enjoy a meal with breathtaking views. The staff, especially Ian, were friendly and accommodating. The gym and pool added to our enjoyable stay. The location next to the train station made traveling easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cork.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool and sauna area was pleasant to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the noise from the nearby train tracks was incredibly loud and disruptive to our sleep.

The hotel is modern and chill, amazing shower, comfortable bed, delicious food, nice swimming pool. Comfortable and clean room with unique decor, well-stocked mini bar and snacks, spotless bathroom, good shower, soundproof windows. Beautiful and standout hotel, modern and open planned, friendly staff, bright and comfortable room, excellent mini fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right beside the Train station which made it very convenient for exploring the City Centre. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were attentive to my needs from the moment I arrived until check-out. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a fully stocked mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with comfortable garden furniture where I could enjoy a cup of coffee. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and I appreciated the flat-screen TV and parquet floor in the room. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant that offered in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area with a snack bar. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially the manager who took care of my request to remove the cardboard Westlife cutouts and even brought them back for others to enjoy. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and the luggage storage were also very convenient.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.
