The staff provided excellent service, quickly changing our room to a larger one. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good shower. The breakfast buffet catered well to vegans, and the chef was attentive. The location was convenient, with free airport transportation.

Crowne Plaza was the perfect choice for our last stay in Costa Rica. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well-working hot water shower - a luxury we appreciated after three weeks of traveling. the hotel, on a global level, offered everything we needed, including a great pool area where we could relax. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful park nearby. the value for money was excellent compared to other hotels in San Jose.

The staff promptly delivered toiletries when we requested them, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel also had a nice pool, gym, and restaurant, all of which we enjoyed during our stay. The prices at the restaurant were reasonable, and the food and service were top-notch. it was a fantastic experience.

The black-out curtains, nice and cold A/C, and soundproofing in all areas of the building ensures a comfortable stay. The shower water pressure and bathroom toiletries are great. The breakfast is varied and can be served around the pool. The property boasts secure outdoor parking, gym and a friendly staff. The Executive Lounge with complimentary food and drinks is worth the extra cost.

The check-in and check-out process can be time consuming due to limited staff.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a big grocery store, and it's within walking distance to downtown or just a few minutes by Uber. The free airport shuttle was a bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the wifi was fast. The room had recently been renovated, which was a nice touch.
