Emerson at the front desk was a lifesaver when we arrived late! The room was spacious and comfy after a long trip. Enjoyed breakfast with a tasty omelette and fresh juices, y'all! The little gym was handy too. Just wish we coulda snagged that Christmas Eve dinner instead of snack menu—nothing fancy, but it did the trick for a tired crew.

This spacious hotel truly impressed me with its modern amenities and comfortable rooms. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the breathtaking view of the city. The Fuji restaurant is a must-try! With friendly staff and a top-notch location, it’s a gem for anyone visiting the area.

i was absolutely shocked that my room had a musty smell, it really set the tone for my stay. i also heard the breakfast on the 6th floor had terribly limited options—who wants to eat like that? considering my obvious need for better accommodations, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do. just couldn’t give them more than 5 stars.

Had a rough check-in,, felt like I was being interrogated about my card for incidentals. Tried to unwind at the bar after a stressful day,, but they ran out of drinks while showing off the full bottles on the shelf.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but I guess you expect a bit more for that price.

Room was clean and I loved the brekkie spread—lekker omelets and fresh juices! Staff at the bar were friendly and made sure I was taken care of, which was nice after a long day. Also, the location is super convenient for checkin’ out the local scene.

Only thing is the pool could be a bit warmer, but otherwise, good times!

The warm water system was clearly not functioning properly during my stay!!! They should have better communication about such issues at check-in!!! The restaurants were not open, creating a disappointing dining experience!!!

The staff were attentive and quick to assist, making the check-in process seamless.

During my stay, the pool area was closed for renovation, which limited my options for relaxation.

The gym, the breakfast buffet, the warm staff – such a delightful experience!

It was just a smart choice for a momentary pause in San Jose with very good value for money. I enjoyed a delicious steak meal in the restaurant that was popular with locals, which made it feel even more authentic. Consider checking out nearby attractions since the hotel is conveniently located.

I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, which added to the ease of my stay. Overall, it made my travel through the area smooth and enjoyable.
