The pool is spacious and well-maintained with plenty of chairs. The all-inclusive food and drinks were enjoyable. The spa services were great. The location is ideal for exploring Costa Rica. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised! The location is great, as it's in a quiet area with no village around and right on the ocean, offering fantastic beach access. The staff were wonderful and provided warm welcomes from the front desk to our own butler Fernanda, who was so great! The service here is exceptional. The hotel has superb amenities, including a fantastic spa with massage and a wellness centre, perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were incredible and perfect for those who want a refreshing dip. The entertainment at this venue was also a lot of fun. The dining facilities were fantastic, and the restaurant and bar/ lounge area had special diet menus to cater for all guests.

I highly recommend this great hotel!

the bilingual staff was always helpful and friendly. the food was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. the teen club and formal/sit down restaurants were enjoyable.

Beach area was unattractive.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Resort All Inclusive Central Pacific - Costa Rica for a four-day, three-night vacation with my family. We had a fantastic time! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the private pools were a great bonus. The resort had a variety of delicious food options, and the entertainment was top-notch. We also loved the convenient location for exploring the country's nature areas. it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

Located on a private pier with stunning views of the Arenal area, the resort offers great opportunities for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the immaculately maintained rooms with dream beds and upgraded amenities like balconies and bathtubs. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of dishes both for locals and tourists.

The resort lacks adequate shade, which can be problematic for guests with light skin.

The staff was friendly, food was good, coffee was excellent, accommodations were comfortable, great excursion experience, restaurants and bars open from 6am to 3am.

This hotel is an outstanding destination for those seeking luxury in Costa Rica. The exclusive amenities make your stay truly comfortable and pleasant. The spa & wellness centre is impeccable, with a wide range of massages and treatments that will help you to relax and feel brand new. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation, and the beach access is perfect for beachgoers. A variety of tasty drinks and meals at the restaurant and bar will satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

One minor problem marred the experience. While the service was exceptional overall, the staff seemed to be overworked at times and struggled to keep up with the high volume of guests.

This hotel offers great value for money. The location on the north coast is perfect to access many of the main attractions in Costa Rica. We loved staying in the Bldg #3 area which was close to the beach and had lovely views. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were comfortable with basic amenities like a refrigerator and fresh towels every day. Breakfast had a great selection of hot food stations with free drinks included.

The organized events were great, and I met other guests from different countries. The zipline tour organized by Juan from Tiquicia Tours was fantastic, and we saved a lot of money. Overall I recommend this hotel for travelers looking for fun activities and great tours.

We stayed at Fiesta Resort for two months during our trip to Costa Rica. The location was great and the rooms were spacious. We loved the fruit kiosk and the delicious food at the buffet. The variety changed every night, with plenty of Costa Rican options. The pools were wonderful and the staff was lovely. The hotel felt like a tropical oasis and we had a fantastic time.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving vacation with friends! Loved the complementary cocktails and appetizers in the evening. The beach location was perfect, clear water and sandy beach. The music and dancing shows were great entertainment, and the room had a perfect view of the stage.

Service during the dinner could be improved with faster response time on drinks. After dinner, the bar had long wait times to get a drink.
