Exploring the trails and encountering wildlife, including monkeys, made the experience even more memorable. I wished I could have stayed longer!

The front desk staff, especially Stephanie, was friendly and helpful. Jonathan, the bell boy, was a lot of fun to interact with. The tubing tour in the river was a great experience with "Burro" and Jorge, who shared interesting stories about the place and its history. The thermal water river was like something out of a book or movie. The new rooms were comfortable and modern. We even went trail-running to the "Tumbas" to watch the sunset, which was an incredible experience. our stay exceeded our expectations.
