I faced some inconveniences during my stay. The toilet in my room kept running after I flushed unless I raised the handle, which was quite annoying. Additionally, getting ice from the front desk felt excessive since it was too far from my room. I also found the instructions for using the TV unclear and had to go to the front desk to get a complete guide, which was frustrating.

We loved the convenient location, just minutes from downtown shops on Palm Canyon and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind.

Our room had some plumbing issues, with a clogged sink making it inconvenient at times.

During my stay, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail. The hot tub was cold, and despite my anticipation of a relaxing soak, it felt completely neglected. Additionally, the breakfast area promised amenities that turned out to be nonexistent. it was misleading and disappointing. Overall, the condition of the facilities did not match my expectations.

Had an awesome time with friends. The hotel is close to downtown and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, making it perfect for exploring. Rooms were bigger than expected, and we appreciated the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the pool area too, which had a great vibe. Snacks were available at the shop in the lobby.

Only downside was the old elevator, which could use an upgrade. It was a bit of a hassle going up and down the stairs.

The hotel was central to downtown, making everything super convenient. The bed was excellent, and the room was pristine. The breakfast by the pool was a pleasant treat!

the outdoor heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. breakfast included local pastries and fresh fruit, which was a delightful touch! also, we appreciated being close to attractions like the walk of stars and cultural museum.

It was just a smart choice for a brief sojourn in Palm Springs with fantastic value. The staff was pleasant and genuinely tried to make the stay enjoyable, which was a nice touch. Look out for the coffee maker, as it might not be restocked unless you ask for it.

Great location easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants the staff were super chill and helpful we scored a sweet newly remodeled room very clean and comfy just what we needed for our stay 👍✨
