We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location was ideal, just a few steps away from the old town and a bustling shopping street. the staff at the reception were friendly and spoke multiple languages. Our superior room, though on the smaller side, was clean and comfortable. the breakfast staff was efficient and always greeted us with a smile. Plus, the included breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious classic breakfast options. We highly recommend Design Metropol Hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

Convenient location, 10 mins walk to Old Town Square. Lovely staff, good breakfast with plenty of choices. Comfortable room with desk, fridge, hairdryer & toiletries. Access to roof terrace on 8th floor. Enjoyed the bold red colors. Suitable for both business trips and vacations.

The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to all the major sites we wanted to explore within the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop terrace, which provided a great place to unwind and enjoy the view of the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was also top-notch, and we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the tram stops made it easy for us to get around and visit all the tourist attractions.

The location of Design Metropol Hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near a Tesco, tram and metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff took care of our luggage while we explored. The room was cleaned daily and the mini bar was a nice addition. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although it could be improved for vegetarians. One highlight of our stay was the friendly bartender, Huni, at Iluze bar nearby. He made excellent drinks and provided great service.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of hot water for showers for two out of three days was inconvenient.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast with pancakes and English breakfast, which helped us start our day of city exploration. the location was great with easy access to trams and metros, allowing us to get around effortlessly. Another great aspect was the mini bar with plenty of storage space in the room.

We found the pillows to be flat and uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning was difficult to adjust properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Prague and I have to say that the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance of Old Town and all the major attractions. Being in the city center meant that everything was easily accessible, including the Lego museum which was just a stone's throw away.

The only downside was the lack of enthusiasm from some of the staff members. Their attitude was not as welcoming as one would expect, which slightly dampened the overall experience.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and a hairdryer. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which provided a great view of the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Design Metropol Hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore all the nearby tourist spots on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, meats, cheeses, and even made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. Although the internet was a bit slow, it didn't pose much of a problem. The staff were helpful and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the standard tourist attractions. You can easily explore the old town square, visit the shopping center and Tesco's across the road, and catch a tram from the nearby stop. The rooms are clean with a good supply of hot water, and some even have a shower cubicle or a bath. The staff at the reception are pleasant and helpful, available 24 hours a day. The hotel also has a restaurant with reasonable prices, perfect for a quick bite after a long day out.

There were some noise issues during our stay that disturbed our sleep.
