The staff were super friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The location was mind-blowing, just 2 minutes from the famous bridge. The room had free water, toiletries, and bathrobes, which was a jaw-dropping surprise. Plus, there was a tram stop nearby and a medieval pub around the corner. Wow!
