The service provided by the concierge was exceptional and the room was spacious and well-lit, with the added bonus of a sofa bed perfect for our teenager. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi on the balcony, which offered a relaxing soak with a stunning view of the swimming pool. The hotel's location and facilities make it highly recommended for a fantastic family vacation. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful sandy area leading into the pool, perfect for kids to play in. The pool itself was fantastic, with a separate deeper end for adults. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were exceptional, paying attention to every detail and making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Excellent hotel in great area

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially a young lady named Ratna, were excellent and always available when we needed them. They even helped us with getting our suit and shirt pressed within an hour. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with an amazing view overlooking the pool and waterfall. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to most places, including "Eat Street" in Seminyak. We also loved the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection. The staff were attentive and even had a pillow menu so we could choose the firmness we wanted. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff's attentiveness made our stay enjoyable.

Had a great stay over New Year's at a hotel in Bali. Found the room to be spacious with a comfy bed and a nice balcony. Enjoyed the location as it was right in the center of everything, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests.

There were a few drawbacks. the hotel was quite crowded during the holiday season, making it a bit noisy and chaotic.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Seminyak square, where you can find a variety of award-winning restaurants, spas, and boutique shops. It's just a short 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The pool is the centerpiece of the hotel, with its refreshing water and inviting atmosphere.

The only downside is the poolside F&B service, which can be slow and inefficient at times.
