The staff, although not fluent in English, were helpful and made an effort to assist me. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and answered all our questions with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was situated in a quiet area, but still close enough to the city center that we could easily explore all the popular sights. Lastly, we really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It had a wide variety of options and the food was delicious.

There were a few things that we did not enjoy about our stay. the lack of amenities in the room was disappointing.

The spa area was cozy and often empty, allowing for a relaxing experience. Plus, the welcome glass of sparkling wine and fresh juice for the kids were a nice touch.
