I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the conference center across the street from the Dallas area attractions was perfect. The staff at this hotel was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The staff was always eager to help and ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without any hesitation. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were exceptional.

As youngsters, we had a blast at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel! The clean and comfortable rooms were perfect for our stay. The location was ideal and the coffee shop was a great perk. The hotel even upgraded us to a recently renovated room, which was incredibly spacious. The beds were one of the best we've ever experienced, and the low profile pillows were a dream come true.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in downtown Dallas. The hotel was beautifully decorated with modern touches and spacious public areas. The room we stayed in had recently been renovated and was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a large screen TV, and a convenient desk. The location of the hotel was perfect for attending downtown conventions, with many restaurants within walking distance and the DART rail stop just across the street. The highlight of our stay was the excellent hospitality and room service. The room inspector, Roland, ensured that our room was meticulously cleaned, and the room attendant, Karla, left a thoughtful note expressing gratitude for our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic. The hotel was very clean in all areas, and the décor was modern and tasteful. The Executive Suite I stayed in was luxurious and comfortable, with a homely touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of fluffy pillows that made it hard to get out of bed. The food at the Draft Media sports bar and restaurant in the lobby area was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, from the entrance to the hotel to the housekeeping staff, were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with smiles and were always willing to help. I felt appreciated and welcomed throughout my stay. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel is perfect for both business and pleasure. It’s within walking distance to most downtown attractions and the convention center. Additionally, it’s easily accessible, close to everything you need, including the conference center and amenities. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and breathtaking city views. The lobby bar and food options are also fantastic, making your stay more memorable.

Couldn't stay longer.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. The concierge lounge had excellent food and service, with a special mention to Mitzi and Beverly. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants.

The rooms were disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bedding felt cheap and rough. The bathroom was small and lacked counter space. The cleaning of the rooms was also subpar, with the tub repeatedly clogging and other requested fixes being ignored. the room quality was not worth the high price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The location was great, I was close enough to most downtown events and right next to the train station which made getting around the city very easy. The service at this place was top-notch, from the friendly staff and their willingness to help with anything I needed. The room amenities were outstanding, with everything I needed from tea and coffee facilities to mini-bar. I also loved the terrace and the garden furniture. The views from my room were amazing, especially the view of the leisure swimming pool.

I highly recommend this place to anyone.
