The staff at this hotel was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The staff was always eager to help and ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

As youngsters, we had a blast at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel! The clean and comfortable rooms were perfect for our stay. The location was ideal and the coffee shop was a great perk. The hotel even upgraded us to a recently renovated room, which was incredibly spacious. The beds were one of the best we've ever experienced, and the low profile pillows were a dream come true.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in downtown Dallas. The hotel was beautifully decorated with modern touches and spacious public areas. The room we stayed in had recently been renovated and was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a large screen TV, and a convenient desk. The location of the hotel was perfect for attending downtown conventions, with many restaurants within walking distance and the DART rail stop just across the street. The highlight of our stay was the excellent hospitality and room service. The room inspector, Roland, ensured that our room was meticulously cleaned, and the room attendant, Karla, left a thoughtful note expressing gratitude for our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic. The hotel was very clean in all areas, and the décor was modern and tasteful. The Executive Suite I stayed in was luxurious and comfortable, with a homely touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of fluffy pillows that made it hard to get out of bed. The food at the Draft Media sports bar and restaurant in the lobby area was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, from the entrance to the hotel to the housekeeping staff, were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with smiles and were always willing to help. I felt appreciated and welcomed throughout my stay. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the upgraded room! Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt very welcomed and safe in our surroundings. The location was excellent for opera, symphony or art museum. The check-in guy was nice and the waitress at the buffet, Holie, really saved the day with my mimosa.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Dallas and it was fantastic! The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed by their pleasant and helpful attitude. The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel had free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Although our experience was mostly positive, there were a few minor things we didn't like. the hotel was quite spread out, which made it a bit difficult to navigate and compare different dining options.
