The customer service was outstanding, making my stay pleasant. The infusion of fruit water in the lobby was refreshing and the food was a great value for what I paid.

Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and I faced delays with valet service that added to my frustration when leaving.

Navigating the elevator system was a challenge, especially during peak hours, but the staff's responsiveness and the spaciousness of the rooms made up for it. I appreciated the late checkout for our event weekend.

I was really disappointed with the parking situation. It felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating to find a spot, especially for a downtown hotel. Additionally, the appliances in my room made quite a bit of noise—something that detracted from my overall comfort during my stay. While the hotel itself had many great aspects, these issues did impact my experience negatively.

Had a rough time with the room—everything from dodgy plumbing to a fridge that stunk. But shoutout to Chana, the waiter, who made brekkie so much better! Sweet as!

The staff provided outstanding service and were genuinely helpful. My room’s air conditioning struggled, leaving it uncomfortably warm at times. Also, karaoke options were fun and a nice distraction for the evening.

I had a solid experience during my recent stay. The staff across all departments showed attentiveness and dedication to customer service. I appreciated the attention to detail in the facility, which was well-renovated. I often stay in hotels for work due to my busy schedule and can say that the gym was useful. It had ample equipment and the pool offered a great space to unwind after long days.

I was really impressed with my stay! The staff truly made it feel like home, especially in the club lounge where they treated me like family! Food was fantastic, the gym was huge and packed with all the gear a guy would want to work out! I couldn't believe how nice and clean everything was. Also, I met this porter, Tree. He was like a ray of sunshine, always willing to help. Every time I saw him around the hotel it just lifted my spirits, you know.

The location was unbeatable (really close to Deep Ellum! ) and the breakfast quality was solid! The staff team was genuinely friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. so glad I got to interact with Chana, he was a standout!

We stayed for a night and got this really nice Junior Suite. It was super clean and spacious—definitely worth it. The staff made the whole experience better. they were friendly and always had a smile. We had in-room breakfast, and it was decent. Only issue? The food prices were a bit high for what we got.

During my 2-night stay, the restaurant team provided excellent service, with friendly staff checking up on us regularly. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the room had heating issues that required me to change rooms at 1 AM. Be sure to request a room closer to the elevator if you have heavy luggage!
