The views from the Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City were incredible, overlooking the park and offering stunning vistas of the Hollywood Hills and Universal Studios Hollywood. The spacious guest rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the on-site Californian-cuisine restaurant provided a delightful dining experience. The free shuttle service and proximity to the local Metro station made getting around the city hassle-free.

The drink we ordered to our room was made with minimal alcohol, and subsequent requests for a better-made drink were not properly accommodated.

The Hilton Universal City Hotel in Los Angeles exceeded my expectations. The quadruple suite I had booked was incredibly comfortable, and the staff had kindly accommodated my request for all rooms to be on the same floor during our early check-in at 8-8. the hotel's location in the Hollywood Hills provided stunning views of both the San Fernando Valley and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Although the hotel does provide a free shuttle, I found the dining options on-site to be a bit pricy for a family stay. However, the convenience of the shuttle and the overall location made up for this minor inconvenience.

Chow down on epic grilled eats and soak in top-notch service at The Hilton. Plus, the killer location and spacious bathrooms were pure gold. Don't miss Saddle Ranch Chop House or Pink’s Hot Dogs nearby! Cons: A bit steamy situation with the billing, but hey, that's LA for ya! Room for improvement with the hot water flow. 😅✨

The outdoor dining area with breathtaking views was a real treat. It felt like I was dining in the Hollywood Hills themselves. The ambiance was sophisticated yet comfortable, and the view was truly awe-inspiring. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

the hilton was spotless and oh-so close to universal studios. we could walk there in 7-10 minutes - or take the shuttle. the staff were super helpful, and the restaurant food was delish.

Our stay at the Hilton was simply perfect! From the friendly and helpful staff to the convenient location right by Universal Studios, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room had a spectacular view of Universal. The shuttle service was excellent, running every 10 minutes, making it easy for us to explore Los Angeles. The pool was also a highlight, with great food and service. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

Nothing that I didn't like.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. We had a two-night stay and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the concierge floor. Our room was spacious with a great view and complimentary breakfast. The bed was super comfortable, and the dining room had excellent service. Walking back from the theme park was a breeze, and the late-night reception staff was incredibly helpful. the service and room were top-notch, and we will definitely be coming back.

had an amazing time at hilton! the hotel is wheelchair friendly, which was perfect for my mom. loved the location near universal studios and freeway, with plenty of stores nearby. the shuttle service to universal was so convenient, and we even caught a movie at amc city walk. beds were incredibly comfortable, best night's sleep ever!

parking signage needs improvement

The location to Universal Park was great. The gift shop pricing was very reasonable surprisingly. The property was well kept. The kids loved the pool. Very relaxing. The staff in the bar was great.

The hotel had a range of leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff at the hotel gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced. Kevin, the manager, and the bell desk staff were particularly helpful and friendly. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is perfect for families.

The location was super close to Universal Studios, and we could even walk there in just a few minutes. Our room was so chill, and the beds were mega comfy. Plus, the hotel had a sick pool and jacuzzi, perfect for chilling after a day of hitting up the hiking trails nearby.

It would've been even more lit if the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or a social hangout spot for us young party-goers to vibe at after a day of exploring.

Great location, friendly staff, awesome shuttle service to Universal City Walk, convenient car parking, excellent seafood buffet.
