Our stay at the Hilton was simply perfect! From the friendly and helpful staff to the convenient location right by Universal Studios, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room had a spectacular view of Universal. The shuttle service was excellent, running every 10 minutes, making it easy for us to explore Los Angeles. The pool was also a highlight, with great food and service. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

We booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. We had a two-night stay and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the concierge floor. Our room was spacious with a great view and complimentary breakfast. The bed was super comfortable, and the dining room had excellent service. Walking back from the theme park was a breeze, and the late-night reception staff was incredibly helpful. the service and room were top-notch, and we will definitely be coming back.

had an amazing time at hilton! the hotel is wheelchair friendly, which was perfect for my mom. loved the location near universal studios and freeway, with plenty of stores nearby. the shuttle service to universal was so convenient, and we even caught a movie at amc city walk. beds were incredibly comfortable, best night's sleep ever!

The location to Universal Park was great. The gift shop pricing was very reasonable surprisingly. The property was well kept. The kids loved the pool. Very relaxing. The staff in the bar was great.

The location is perfect, situated at the top of a fairly steep hill, offering stunning views of Los Angeles. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic amenities, including a comfortable King bed. The buffet breakfast, though not included, is absolutely delicious.

I recently stayed at Hilton Universal City for a family trip to Universal Studios. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous throughout our entire stay. The hotel's close proximity to the park, along with the convenient shuttle bus, made it easy for us to come and go.
