I had the most amazing experience at this resort. The service was exceptional and the staff truly made me feel valued. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cactus garden was a beautiful addition to the grounds, and I even had the opportunity to witness a falconer in action. The resort was spacious and never felt crowded. The ambience was inviting and allowed for both fun and relaxation. I had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning soon.

Couldn't fault.

The view from my room in building "C" was breathtaking, with Camel Back mountain and a beautiful cactus garden below. The J & G Steak House not only had outstanding food, but also offered an amazing view of the city. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the staff was great. The golfing experience was top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the golf club and within walking distance of old Scottsdale, the Arts District, the Entertainment District, and the canal trail. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the pools, were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

During our stay at The Phoenician, we were impressed by the beautiful grounds and the top-notch facilities. The Ritz Carlton feel of the rooms and the stunning view from our patio added to the luxury experience. The recently renovated spa was a highlight, with amazing massage services and a tranquil quiet room. We also appreciated the clean and inviting pool area, especially the adults-only pool. we would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful amenities.

Great location, spacious rooms, beautiful pools, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

The breakfast at The Phoenician was a nice start to the day, with excellent service from the waitress. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. We enjoyed taking a leisurely walk along the cactus garden behind the hotel.

The property was stunning and spotlessly clean. The casita we stayed in was charming and cozy. We were delighted to find that the hotel had its own golf course, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bar in the lobby was absolutely beautiful, especially at night.

As young holiday goers, we loved the delicious food at the lower restaurant, especially the egg white frittata and hanger steak. The immaculate grounds and cactus garden were a highlight. The housekeeping and bell staff were very accommodating. The comfortable bed and enjoyable walkway along the cactus garden were also great.

Great Renovation But Bring Your Own Lightbulbs

We recently stayed at The Phoenician and were impressed by the recently renovated rooms. The updated decor and furnishings were stunning. The lamps had very dim LED bulbs, making it difficult to read. We had to buy our own brighter bulbs to make the room more comfortable. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its luxurious accommodations.

The staff are responsive and attentive. Immaculate grounds with a lovely cactus garden. Delicious food from the lower restaurant and great views from the first-floor restaurant. Modern, clean, and spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Quiet location with a nearby walk to enjoy.
