The rooms were very spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the staff at the guest services desk, particularly Jennifer, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us with dinner reservations and gave us a guided tour of the other hotels in the area, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the pools were beautiful, clean, and had different levels, providing a variety of options for swimming and relaxation.

The food at the seafood restaurant was not good at all. As a seafood lover, I was disappointed with the quality and taste.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the garden view was lovely. The staff treated me with kindness and the room service kept everything tidy.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, thanks to the helpful lady who assisted me. The late snack staff was also fantastic. The bartenders were the best, serving great drinks. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shows at the hotel were beyond my expectations, and the discotec was excellent as well.

The resort had great facilities and amenities, including huge pools and a beautiful beach right next to it. The buffet type of food was pretty good and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The housekeepers were quite noisy during the mornings, which made it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, there was some sort of time share meeting that was a waste of time and not very welcoming.

As backpackers, we loved the great location right next to a beautiful beach. The resort had huge pools and a lovely garden view. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the clean and tidy rooms, with room service replenishing the fridge with drinks. The AC system in the rooms was smart and efficient, turning off when the balcony was open. the resort offered good value for money and was perfect for a family trip.
