My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the personnel was very friendly and kind, always ready to assist. the location was beautiful, with stunning grounds and multiple lovely pool areas. the beach access was a huge plus, allowing for relaxing walks and breathtaking views. the buffet had a good selection and variety of food which made dining enjoyable, and the staff were always helpful. the shows and entertainment provided were entertaining, adding to the fun atmosphere of the hotel.

One area that could be improved upon is the cleanliness and maintenance of the restrooms in the hotel. There were instances where broken toilets caused inconvenience, and it seemed like there was a need for better upkeep.

The beach view at Impressive was stunning, with a picturesque wooden bridge perfect for photos. Vendors were respectful, and the joyful staff was always ready to assist, providing a great all-inclusive experience.

Great Food Variety and Excellent Service

However, the persistent and pushy upselling by the staff detracted from the overall experience at the hotel.

Really enjoyed the variety of activities available at the hotel and the convenient all-inclusive package, the lovely beach exit, and the peer for strolling at dusk. The spa and wellness center provided a great way to relax, and having beach access right there was a big plus. 🌊 Despite a small delay, our initial room hiccup was quickly resolved, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things!

Dive into the mouthwatering local pastries and hidden gems in the dining scene, spicing up your experience. The exceptional butler service by Ana and her manager Tommy at Impressive Premium Punta Cana stood out, setting a high bar. The lush greenery and calming ambiance of the resort created a serene getaway.

While the beach didn't match the picture-perfect postcards, seaweed season affected the scenery. Room delays and service hiccups hinted at room for improvement.

Live performances at night make the whole atmosphere electric, as if you're part of a grand carnival. The talented artists and musicians take you on a magical journey, leaving you enchanted and captivated. It's like having a front-row seat to a spectacular show every night.

the beachfront location was fantastic, and the lobby had a lovely atmosphere. the room was spacious and always kept impeccably clean. special mention to dina, the fantastic room attendant, and the hardworking security team. the staff, especially activity instructors, were engaging, and the free paddle boards and kayaks were a great bonus. the amenities like the spa, pool, gym, and daily shows were top-notch. dining options, including the buffet and restaurants, offered a good selection. overall, my week-long stay was a great value with exceptional service.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Impressive. The spacious and clean rooms were stunning, and the yoga and aerobics classes were a cool addition. The beach and well-maintained territory added to the beauty of the hotel. The variety of food at the restaurants was abundant, and the staff at the International buffet was friendly and helpful. The nonstop activities all day kept us entertained, and the night entertainment with dancers and a DJ was a lot of fun. a great experience!

During my 5-night stay at the Impressive Punta Cana Resort, my room was nothing short of fabulous. The accommodation was fantastic, especially after upgrading to the Tropical View Room for just $50 per night. The room had two bathrooms and two balconies, one overlooking the pool and the other offering breathtaking views of the beach. It was the perfect retreat for a serene and luxurious stay.

The only downside of my stay at the Impressive Punta Cana Resort was the quality of the food. I tried various restaurants and the buffet, but the lack of variety and low-quality dishes left me unimpressed.

At my first stay, the staff helped with parking. This place suits me perfectly with on-site car park, 24-hour service, infinity pool, game room, beach access. I'm coming back for Easter!

Had a great Christmas vacation with amazing complementary breakfast and drinks all day long. the private beach was a gem with crystal clear water and white sand that offered a perfect getaway from the city life. Not to mention, the hotel staff was extremely warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable.

The hotel was a bit overcrowded during the weekends and made it noisy and challenging to find a spot in the restaurants and lounge areas. the rooms were a little outdated and lacked some basic amenities.

The Impressive offers excellent spa services. the Japanese restaurant provides outstanding food and service. the pool bar is top-notch with great offerings. Well-kept and beautiful property.

Although my initial room experience had some hiccups, the staff's efforts to rectify the situation were commendable and thoughtful.

The room upgrade options were limited, and the additional cost for an oceanfront room was quite steep.
