We had the best stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of restaurants to choose from and excellent entertainment options. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and make us feel special, especially in Seasons steak house. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide range of delicious options. The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a bus station just a short walk away. It was a great experience to have our first stamp in our passport in this city.

The beach was absolutely stunning, the most beautiful I've ever seen! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the housekeeping team to the bartenders. The rooms were fantastic, spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent, with a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

The cooking quality of the food was average, and the breakfast buffet was the same every day. The beach was quite small and narrow, with a steep slope towards the water.

The value for the money was great, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff at Sandos treated us like family and the location offered stunning views of the ocean.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

The hotel had a lovely pool area with plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs. The bedrooms were generous in size and had a free mini bar. The service provided by the general manager David Hernandez Garcia was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate guests.

The restaurants had limited opening hours and not all of them were available daily.

On excursion days, you won't have to worry about missing out on breakfast, as there are multiple restaurants open for all meals. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and provide excellent service.

Limited Activities and Dated Rooms. One of the drawbacks was the limited activities available.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our Christmas vacation special. The entertainment team, especially Ernesto, Eduardo, and Adan, were fantastic and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with stunning views from our balcony. Additionally, the variety of activities and entertainment provided throughout the day were a highlight, with yoga classes led by Adan being a must-try.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of trash cans around the hotel, which made it a bit inconvenient to dispose of rubbish. The walls were chipping, and there were some issues with mold in the bathroom.

The staff was great and accommodating, pools are great, lot of food choices, entertainment team had activities, nice and clean hotel, good wifi.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious. The exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, and the service was impeccable. The Spa & wellness centre, sauna and massage services were soothing and relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool and pool with a view were stunning, providing a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The beach access was easily accessible, along with beach umbrellas and loungers ensuring that we had a comfortable and soothing time. The room advantages and private facilities were exclusive, and the location advantages gave us a chance to explore the city and relish the scenic beauty.

The only minor issue was the limited options for the entertainment and buffets. However, the specialized restaurant, bar/lounge areas and in-room breakfast catered to our tastes and preferences.

Loved the daily pool activities and yoga by the water. Enjoyed the grilled seafood tacos and masquerade performances. The spacious suite with a water view was beautiful.I recommend Sandos for your next vacation.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The cabanas by the pool and beach were amazing and didn't require reservations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a rose and champagne upon arrival. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the hotel had three large pool areas. The buffet and French restaurant were fantastic, among the five dining options available. Upon checkout, I was able to continue using the facilities and even had access to a spa shower to freshen up before my flight. It was a truly enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.
