During my stay, I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from several lovely parks like Singletree Park and Town Center Park, making it perfect for relaxing strolls amidst beautiful scenery, and there are fantastic dining options nearby, such as Renegado Tacos and DiCicco's, all within a short distance; the spacious rooms were very comfortable and even featured a fitness center for a good start to the day, but the management could definitely improve on their service responsiveness, as I encountered a few issues during my stay.

Fitting option for a couple of nights in Denver with high value for money. Staff was great.

I absolutely loved chilling by the heated indoor pool, soaking up the sun on the terrace, and enjoying my mornings in the clean, bright breakfast area. The staff treated me like family and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Plus, how adorable was it to spot wild rabbits hopping around the garden!

A mix of comfort and chaos. The room was clean and cozy, but the check-in process felt chaotic, especially with malfunctioning keys that took over 30 minutes to sort out. The shuttle service was unreliable, leaving us stranded at the airport. Breakfast options? Minimal, lacking in variety and substance. The grounds felt neglected, with broken glass in the parking lot. While the pool was a nice touch, the overall experience was marred by missed expectations and poor service. Disappointing, given the location and the promise of convenience.

Nice shuttles take you to rides and back, staff helped with bike storage. Clean rooms and a solid smart TV for relaxing at night.

Arrived on December 9th—check-in was smooth, and staff offered a free room upgrade. Convenient location, restaurants nearby. encountered an alarming gas smell leading to a fire department response. No warning given. Next morning, overheard guests about hot water issues. I experienced the same problem Monday; front desk promised reimbursement—still waiting. Shuttle service needs improvement; waited too long, and the driver was unhelpful. Maintenance issues were prevalent: broken elevator, malfunctioning bathroom facilities, and cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were generally supportive but constrained by systemic problems. This place has potential, yet it requires serious attention to customer experience. Would rethink before returning.
