As party people, we absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively location in the heart of downtown. The hotel's newly renovated building and beautiful facilities, including the lobby and outdoor patios, created the perfect setting for a fun-filled stay.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

I had a minor issue with cigarette smoke in my room, but the front desk staff immediately offered me a room change. They were very professional and prompt in addressing the issue.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's historic building had a stylish and charming interior. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free rental bikes, allowing guests to explore the area easily.

The queen size rooms were described as small, and the valet parking was quite expensive at $65 for 24 hours. The alternative public parking options were also pricey, ranging from $25 for overnight to $33 per day.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of downtown and just a few blocks away from the Gas Lamp District. It made it easy to explore and enjoy the city. the valet service provided by Marco and Chris was fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and made a great first and last impression during my stay.

One major downside of my experience was the size of the rooms. They were incredibly small, with no closets and limited space for belongings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and clean hotel. The staff at The Guild Hotel, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio, were sooooo nice and provided excellent service. They immediately fixed a plumbing issue we had with the fixtures. The location was amazing, with easy access to the harbor, Seaport Village, and Little Italy. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel used to be a YMCA, which was a bonus for us as my husband and I have fond memories of meeting as lifeguards at our local YMCA. The staff, from front desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping, were outstanding and always greeted us with smiles. Our room had a lovely view of Broadway, and we enjoyed dining in the courtyard restaurant, which had a charming Mediterranean feel. We also appreciated the complimentary tickets to the art museum. it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again, especially for staycations.

The cozy and surprisingly quiet rooms provided a peaceful retreat in the bustling downtown area. I can't wait to come back and stay at this hotel again!

As those taking off early, we loved the convenient location near Little Italy, the water, and the Gaslamp district. The hotel offers great amenities like a fitness club partnership, complimentary bikes, and a $35 food and beverage credit at the Guild Bar. The modern and clean suite was upgraded for us and had all the necessary amenities. The staff, especially Layla and Seth at the bar, were attentive and made us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was impressive and the bar had an impressive collection of spirits.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Little Italy and close to several restaurants. the facilities and amenities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations.
