I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and conveniently located near great attractions like the Alamo Drafthouse. The staff, especially Lizette at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was adjusted to our preferences, making our stay comfortable. The view from our beds was also a nice touch.

Conveniently located near metro with plenty of dining options nearby. Room comes equipped with a Starbucks coffee maker and comfortable beds. Hi-tech elevator makes moving around the building a breeze. Friendly staff allowed for early check-in and baggage storage. Overall a great hotel experience.

Located in a prime location, this hotel is a great spot for business travelers. With easy access to public transport and various good restaurants, this hotel is close to almost everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from my room’s window. The hotel also has great facilities including a relaxing pool area.

The elevators were not the greatest and caused some delays when heading to and from my room.

The hotel staff really cared about our comfort and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The front desk staff, Miguel and Jun, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had the room configuration we wanted and providing excellent service throughout our visit. The modern decor and comfortable beds in the room were also a highlight.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of downtown. My room was stocked with a mini fridge, and even though it would have been nice to have a microwave, it wasn't a big deal. I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton.

This hotel is excellently situated in the center of downtown and connected to the Bloc shopping center which provides great convenience for shopping and dining. The room was impressive, especially the large walk-in shower which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast, which was included with our stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff members were responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

There were a few downsides to the stay. Firstly, the shower in the suite I paid almost $800 for was not working properly, and despite attempts to fix it, the issue persisted throughout my two-night stay. Additionally, the inconvenience of having only one remote for two TVs in the room was disappointing. Lastly, the need to wait for a front desk clerk to let me in at the hotel entrance made me feel like a hassle rather than a valued customer.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Grand in downtown LA. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and freeways. Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff were very professional. The room was incredibly comfortable, with amazing beds and excellent sleep quality. I also appreciated that the WiFi was complimentary during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My only complaint was that there was no automatic housekeeping for stays under 5 days, but once I requested it, the staff promptly attended to my room. Additionally, the hotel is located above a metro station, so there was some noise from the subway trains passing underneath.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept, with spacious and cozy surroundings. The bed was comfortable and offered great views of the city outside. Perfect for business travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The floor assistant went above and beyond to offer many services, making my day. The location is perfect, in downtown where you can find great food and coffee. The room I stayed in on the 17th floor had a beautiful city view and two comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the two free bottles of water per day were a nice touch. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
