I had an amazing stay near the airport! the room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. I LOVED the location; so convenient for catching flights. Would definitely choose this place again! the breakfast was even better than in the photos.

we always stay at the Sofitel Heathrow London when we are in transit. a special note of merit goes to aartee who provided us with an amazing upgrade to a suite for a nominal fee. the staff was very helpful & friendly. we were offered a free early check-in & the breakfast buffet included in our room was exceptional. staff in the vivre restaurant and the concierge were also excellent.

Loved being right next to T5, made my early flight a breeze. The spa was a real treat, and the staff were top-notch! 🌟 Even though the phone in our room was on the fritz, it didn't dampen my overall awesome experience - who cares about room phones anyway!

super clean rooms and great location – could walk to terminal 5. the concierge gave amazing tips, and the twice-hourly bus dropped me off right by the aeroflot counters. also, the english breakfast was a solid 10/10.

The Belle Époque restaurant is a culinary masterpiece! Nearby bites at Bridge Bar & Eating House are top-notch. Cons: Room's vibe felt a bit dingy. Beds were all over the place! nothing could dim the star power of the stay. Cheeky missteps couldn't dim the culinary charms and cozy vibes of this Hillingdon gem. Chose this hotel for a team retreat due to its 45 purpose built meeting rooms, including the largest ballroom in Heathrow. The staff was attentive, and the hotel provided a seamless experience for our work retreat, making it an ideal choice for business events.

Would have appreciated the availability of on-site secretarial or administrative services to assist with our meeting presentations and documents.

It's just a short drive from the hotel and offers a lovely green space for families to have a relaxing day out. The lush surroundings and well-kept fairways made it an ideal spot for a leisurely round of golf or just a peaceful walk.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children, providing a safe and fun space for them to enjoy while we could have some time to relax.

One minor inconvenience during my stay at Sofitel was the key card system for the lift. After checking out and returning the key, I couldn't use the lift again to access the departure level.
