I can’t believe how poorly they handled our room. It was never cleaned during our two-night stay, and when we asked for help, they just ignored us. A total mess—definitely not worth the money or the hassle!

The receptionist’s demeanor was off-putting, and we had to chase after amenities like towels and a made sofa bed, which never got properly set up. Christine was a shining star, really going the extra mile with recommendations. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking variety and freshness. The hotel felt a bit neglected with stains and an unkempt room. A pity, because it has so much potential; with better service, it could truly shine.

The hotel is just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, the Niagara Information Center is only 2 minutes away, and you can easily stroll to major attractions like the Horseshoe Falls and the casino in under 30 minutes, making it super convenient for exploring the area and soaking in the sights, plus the breakfast choices were great and the staff was very friendly; however, I wish the room cleanliness was better since we had a few issues that needed attention.

Hyatt Place Niagara Falls offers a fantastic location, mere steps from the falls, with clean and modern accommodations. The fitness center is impressive, and the staff at reception are courteous. breakfast can feel rushed and crowded, so plan accordingly to enjoy your meal.

The location was perfect for walking to all the romantic spots. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, even setting up a nice bottle of wine in our room.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but well worth it.

Breakfast options were limited when I arrived late, and the pool was not clean. Information specific to winter activities is lacking. Attention to these details could enhance the overall experience.
