I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was the best - friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hotel facilities were impressive. The location was convenient, close to a cute mall and with easy transportation options nearby. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this friendly and clean resort. Our spacious and comfortable room provided us a great view of the well-maintained grounds and sparkling pool. The warm and clear ocean was only a 2-minute walk away, and the food was delicious at the buffet and a-la-carte restaurants. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment with talented singers and dancers. Staff members Emmanuel and Luis made our experience even more special with their big smiles and friendly personalities. The tennis court and spa were great facilities to take advantage of during our stay.

The pushy sales representatives from AMResorts were a bit of an annoyance, but the overall experience was a positive one and we would recommend this resort to others.

I had a really good time here! The location was perfect, with easy beach access and a good variety of entertainment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The room was well equipped with lots of amenities including a free mini-bar and 24-hour room service. I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, which were both relaxing and luxurious. The on-site restaurant offered a great buffet breakfast and dinner with special diet menus available, and the bar served delicious cocktails. it was a great experience!

There were plenty of food options available, ensuring that everyone could find something to eat. The pool and grounds were enjoyable, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The bell captain was particularly delightful, and most of the staff were polite and friendly.

The rooms are comfortable and come with a balcony offering stunning views of the lush garden. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always making guests feel at home. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food, with options to suit every taste.

We had an amazing romantic dinner on the beach, enjoyed VIP treatment as Sun Club members, and appreciated the delicious food and drink options. The beach was well-kept and the landscaping beautiful. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunscape! The room was beautifully decorated, with lovely orange accents on the beds. It was great having a patio area where we could enjoy our morning coffee. Being close to the entertainment area allowed us to enjoy the music from the showtime. The staff, including the two Santanas - one in reservations and the other as the president manager, were amazing. The grounds were well-maintained and the food choices had a decent variety. We wish we could have stayed for two weeks instead of one.

Loved the friendly and welcoming staff; they made us feel right at home. the beach was beautiful and clean, with warm and pleasant ocean water. the private adults, only pool was a nice perk, although it could get a bit loud. Quick and smooth check, in and check, out process in the VIP section. the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking lush tropical foliage. the AMSTAR transportation service was efficient and even made us laugh with their jokes.
