The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The cleanliness and neatness were top-notch. The beach and pools were extraordinary, and we had a great time exploring them. The hotel itself had a lovely ambiance, and we enjoyed walking around the property. We can't wait to visit again!

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed the aqua park and kids club while we relaxed at the beautiful beach. The food was tasty and we even got a room upgrade with a sea view for our honeymoon. we had a great experience at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from Marsa Alam city and the airport.

We had a fantastic luxurious stay at this hotel. the service provided by the personnel was exceptional, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. the Spa & wellness centre was marvelous, with a variety of exclusive amenities, including a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and treatment room. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and clean, with plenty of sun loungers available. the hotel's location is perfect, with direct access to the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea.

Although there were several options available, the live entertainment was not up to our expectations.

The hotel offered great complementary bonuses, including beach towels and beds free of charge! the location was fabulous as it was near the beach and the sea, which was great for snorkeling. the resort had plenty of pools that were very scenic and refreshing on the sunny days.

The resort lacked professional staff members and, at times, the service could be quite slow. the food quality was quite variable with some dishes tasting really great while others were not so good.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and an excellent view. The resort was extensive, with an impressive variety of pools, shops, and activities. The food was delicious and varied, catering to all palates.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is in a relaxed area and offers multiple themed restaurants and 5 bars dotted around the resort. The beach is just a short walk away, and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom and good service. The breakfast had some nice options and the view from the room was quite beautiful. Additionally, the water park and mini golf course were fun to use.

The constant bothering by vendors was incredibly annoying.
