I had an incredible time at Our Home in Sharm el-Sheikh. The staff, particularly Mr. Ibrahim Naaem, Mr. Mostafa Aser, Mr. Mina Haron, Ahmed Paradise, Shenoda, and Zaher, made our vacation truly fantastic. They made us feel like we were at home and took care of all our needs. The room service was outstanding and our room was always clean. The food was delicious and the variety of options was impressive. The breathtaking pool and sea view added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Snorkeling right by the property side was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed multiple pools that catered to all age groups. The shows and activities provided great entertainment for both adults and children. I will definitely recommend Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort to my friends and family. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again in October.

The restaurant offered great variety and quality food. The room was spotlessly clean. The chef made a special soup for our baby every day. The hotel had multiple pools and was close to the beach. Short taxi drive to the city. Shops nearby.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. The luxurious amenities provided at the venue surpassed our expectations. From the exclusive access to the beautiful beachfront to the exceptional spa centre, it was an indulgent experience. The manicure, facial and full body massage left us feeling relaxed. The entertainment provided by the venue Karaoke was a fun bonus. The restaurant offered a variety of special diet menus.

The only minor issue was with the service provided by the bar/lounge area. It was slightly slow, but didn't detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi was a nice touch during our stay. The hotel's proximity to the beach and local attractions was also a plus. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleaning service was great.

The noise level was high, especially from other hotel guests. The room prices were a bit steep and didn't feel completely justified.
