This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and offered exceptional service throughout my stay. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the sun. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and added an extra touch of elegance to my stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fabulous and offered a variety of delicious dishes and drinks.

While my experience at this hotel was fantastic overall, there was one minor issue that I encountered. the beachfront area was a bit small compared to other hotels in the area, and finding a sun lounger was a challenge at times.

This hotel's location is perfect for a city trip. the hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to assist you, and there are two complementary facts offered that really add value to your stay. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of different foods to choose from. Plus, the fitness center at this hotel is top-notch, with a great range of equipment and facilities that made it easy to keep up with our exercise routine while on vacation.

We were not impressed with the quality of housekeeping at this hotel. the room was not cleaned to our standards, and we had to ask several times for extra towels and toiletries.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and with a beautiful beach and coral reef right in the bay. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the gardens were simply marvelous. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, including a diving center just minutes away. The food variety was good, with a wide selection of dishes, including local specialties. The staff were attentive and helpful, making sure I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The waitstaff in particular were friendly and efficient. The room I stayed in was spacious and always clean. The swimming pools were great, and it was a nice touch to have a separate pool for toddlers. The animation team did a fantastic job, especially with the kids. I had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at this fantastic hotel.
