As a recent guest at this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by the excellent service provided here. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided, including an ironing facility and a mini-bar. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic, and the spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax. The beach access was also a great perk, and there were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available. The entertainment provided was also excellent.

I had an amazing time at Rixos Alamein! The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, making us feel truly well taken care of. The restaurant team went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the Full Board Plus option provided us with a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and peaceful premises, enjoyable location on a lovely beach, nicely varied restaurant food, and good kids’ facilities.

Located in North Coast, this hotel has easy access to the beach and boasts a variety of food choices, such as those provided in the PEOPLE restaurant; the breakfast is especially impressive. The rooms are always clean and include working air conditioning and a well-maintained bathroom. Plus, the staff is friendly, and the facilities offer plenty of options for relaxation.

The hotel's pools come across as old, outdated and even hazardous at times.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of activities available, including snorkeling, beach volleyball, and water sports. The beach was clean and the sea life guard, Ahmed, made us feel safe while enjoying the water. The location was also ideal, with easy access to Marsa Matroah and Alexandria. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made us feel like part of their family. Special thanks to Mr. Wael, the hotel manager, and the reception desk team for their exceptional service. The pool area was fantastic, and the spacious rooms provided a comfortable space to relax after our adventures. Security at the hotel was excellent, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The highlight of my stay was the excellent gym facilities and the highly skilled personal trainer Captain Ashraff. I felt transformed after his safe and encouraging guidance and it really made my trip unforgettable. I was also impressed with the well-maintained green areas perfect for children to play in.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was greeted with 7-star hospitality. the guest relations staff, including Kaselia, Hiba, and the bell captains, went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail was taken care of. the front desk staff, especially Hashem, Nada, and Atef, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the food at the hotel was excellent, with a lot of diversity at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the chefs at the seafood restaurant, Turkish restaurant, and the breakfast and dining room deserve special thanks for their wonderful creations. the staff at the People, including the courteous lunch staff, the snack bar staff, and the beach staff, were also amazing.

The complimentary drinks on arrival were a great start! the location was ideal, with stunning views of the pool and surrounding landscapes. the beach was clean and offered wonderful opportunities for swimming and relaxation.

While the staff were friendly, the food selection lacked variety and was overpriced. the facility was old and outdated, something that was particularly noticeable in the pool areas.

Spacious rooms with a view, excellent mixed fish grill, friendly and attentive staff, well-organized and perfect service, beautiful beachfront.

The hotel is a real gem! It's situated on the stunning North Sea coast and the staff were fantastic. The meals were tasty, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including an amazing Turkish restaurant by the sea called Lalezar. The rooms are spacious and have new furniture, and the amenities are excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Rixos in El Alamein. The value for my money was great, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location, with its long beach and beautiful cabanas, was perfect. The staff, especially Sara from guest relations, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

This hotel is a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool was huge and perfect. the beach access was amazing, with beachfront sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the service was top-notch, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great addition. the restaurant was fantastic and offered a great variety of food for everyone. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax in the evenings and the private facilities were excellent.

this was a small problem that was easily overlooked because everything else at this hotel was top-notch.
