We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location on the beach is perfect, with crystal clear water. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

The hotel offers a great variety of activities, from the heated kids' pools to the private beach with clean sea. The gardens are immaculately presented, and the mountain views in the park are stunning. The clean and modern rooms with spacious bathrooms are kept well serviced daily, and the staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is a great choice of fruit juices, fruit, cereals, live egg cooking station, and freshly cooked pancakes.

Some guests reported bad quality food and drinks served in the hotel.

We recently stayed at this exclusive hotel and were blown away by the luxurious amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and we indulged in several massages and steam room sessions. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine with plenty of sun loungers and access to a beautiful beach. the entertainment was also impressive, with nightly shows and a fun Aqua park on-site.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited selection at the poolside snack bar. with such fantastic dining options at the hotel's restaurants, this was not a significant inconvenience.

As youngsters, we loved the amazing pool facilities and fun activities organized by the animation team. The staff, including Mohammad Alaa at reception, made us feel welcome and provided great service. The resort is well-maintained with beautiful gardens and plenty of swimming pools. It had a nice, relaxing, and fun atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. our stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm "Aqua Park" was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

The service was amazing! the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. They even offered us complementary drinks upon arrival and at the pool. the location was also great, close to many local attractions, and there was a beautiful beach nearby. the hotel amenities were also impressive, with a spacious pool and great food options.

One negative aspect was the noise level at night. There were loud guests in the hallway and outside that made it difficult to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The waterslides were so much fun and the pools were well-maintained. I loved that there were multiple restaurants to choose from, but some of the food could have been better. The best part of the stay was the excellent service from the managers who always knew how to handle situations like when we had a problem with our room. I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm "Aqua Park" were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Fares at the reception for arranging transportation. The beach bar staff were also fantastic, always ensuring everyone had everything they needed for a great time.

The aqua park was a hit with the kids and provided endless entertainment. the daily activities for both kids and adults were a great way to keep everyone busy. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to the sea and easy access to shops and restaurants nearby.

The towels and beds were clean but could use some updating. the food at the restaurants became repetitive and could be more varied.

We enjoyed the variety and quality of the food at the hotel. The restaurants had a good selection of dishes and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the aqua park was a lot of fun with its numerous slides and pools. It provided great entertainment for both children and adults. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area.

The hotel lacked effective transportation options within the property. It was quite large and it would have been helpful to have golf cars or some other means of getting around, especially for older guests.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with our room always being tidy and the bathrooms cleaned very well. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of swimming pools for adults and children to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luca and Mr. Sayeed who provided excellent support. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right on the beach and close to the airport, which was especially helpful when arriving late at night with two small kids. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and we loved starting our day with a great cup of coffee in the coffee shop.
