Excellent breakfast with diverse options and friendly staff.

I experienced several issues during my stay. After changing rooms, I found inadequate facilities like a non-working wall mirror and poor water pressure. Additionally, the breakfast quality was disappointing, lacking freshness and variety, which seemed indicative of cost-cutting measures rather than a focus on guest satisfaction.

The location was excellent, near the old historic district and steps away from the mall. The staff was ultra-friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. The restaurants had a brief closure between breakfast and lunch, but room service was available. I had a Deluxe King Room for 4 nights.

The staff was super friendly! ! We arrived early, just wanted to drop off our bags, but they let us check in early. Huge relief! Plus, the breakfast selection was exceptionally good, I swear they had the best cheese omelettes!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

I loved the cozy nursing room they had, it really impressed me by being so well-equipped for my needs while traveling with my baby. The spa's massage options and outdoor pool were a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t as cool as I hoped, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like a fitness center, outdoor pool, and 24-hour security. I'll always remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring during my first stay. I highly recommend checking in early! I'm coming back for a weekend.

the hotel is just a short walk from the museum of the word and image and plenty of great restaurants, making it a perfect home base for discovering the city on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful in organizing my tours, which made my experience even better.

So the place was really nice, super close to the mall and cool restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we had to deal with a bed situation, which was kinda annoying. I loved the breakfast at the bar area, though! Just wish the valet parking wasn’t extra, felt a bit off for a fancy place.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 4 nights. The bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The only issue was that it got a bit loud one night because of a party on the eighth floor, which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was great with good variety, and the staff were super nice. So, even though it was a bit crowded due to Miss Universe, it didn't ruin my stay.

I had a great stay at the intercontinental! everything was clean, and the staff was super friendly. the restaurant's breakfast was fresh and tasty. it's conveniently located near the metro centro mall, which made shopping really easy. loved the relaxing vibe at the spa, too.
